NO RETURNS on Clearance, free shipping and Monthly Special Items, no exception.
On regular price items, You must email us with your order ID and the reason for return before returning any products. We will issue you an RMA number. You must put the RMA number on the return package. All returns must be made within 14 days after receipt of order and in resale able condition to receive a refund (excluding shipping) NO EXCEPTIONS . *There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders* (unless damaged due to shipping). |

Almost all of the listed products are in stock and ready to ship. However, in the event of it runs out of stock, you will be notified by email.
We ship all of our orders with FEDEX. For larger quantity orders, we will ship by the pallet with a trucking company like EDI Express, Yellow or HDS. |
| Why have I not received any order confirmation emails? |

Order confirmation emails are sent out automatically by Volusion shopping cart. Please check your SPAM folder if you don't see it in your mail box. Email providers such as AOL will put majority of the emails in SPAM folder.
You will also receive an email after the order is shipped. |
